At the end of your race each participant will receive a finisher’s patch.

All podium finishers will receive an iconic medal! If you win at all 5 events of the season, these medals will join together to form one iconic trophy.

Q: What is TRYKA?
TRYKA is a functional fitness race format combining 8 workout stations and endurance running — designed to be inclusive, competitive, and fun.

Q: Do I need to be super fit to take part?
Not at all. TRYKA 500 is the perfect place to start — shorter runs, open weights, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Q: How does the league work?
Your finishing position earns you points in three categories: Individual/Doubles, Club, and Corporate. Everyone contributes — every race matters.

Q: What do I get for affiliating my gym?
Affiliates get early ticket access, a featured spot on our site, and a chance to build a stronger, fitter community around the TRYKA format.

Q: Do I need to qualify for the Grand Finale?
No qualification process — we invite all performers from across the year. Show up, race, earn your place.

Q: Can I get a refund or swap my ticket?
No refund or ticket swapping available. Hybrid Tickets are our approved reseller.
