TRYKA is designed to be inclusive, competitive, and community-driven — with divisions to suit every athlete, from first-timers to seasoned racers. Whether you’re racing solo or alongside a teammate, there’s a division for you.

TRYKA 500

The TRYKA 500 is our half-distance format, designed for beginners, first-time racers, and anyone who wants to experience the event with less volume of running but the same intensity.

Available in Individual and all Doubles categories except Pro.

Open (800)

Open(800) –Take on the full TRYKA course solo. Complete all runs and all stations on your own.This is where you test your limits.

Pro

For experienced athletes looking to test themselves at the highest level.

Heavier weights. Higher intensity. Same TRYKA format — elevated.

Doubles Men / Women / Mixed

Race with a teammate. Both athletes complete the runs together, and the workout stations can be split however you choose.

It’s all about teamwork, pacing, and strategy.

Relay

Perfect for gyms, companies, and groups of friends.

Teams of four take on the full TRYKA course together, with each teammate completing 2 800m run segments and 2 workout stations.

Fast, fun, and full of team spirit — this is TRYKA at its most social.
