TRYKA’s signature race format includes 8 x 800m runs paired with functional fitness challenges. For newcomers, the TRYKA 500 offers a shorter, beginner-friendly version with 500m runs and modified workouts — making participation less daunting and more welcoming.

THE LEAGUE

Compete. Contribute. Climb the leaderboard.
Every athlete earns points based on finishing position at TRYKA events. Points contribute to:
  • Individual & Doubles Leaderboard
  • Club League — represent your gym or club
  • Corporate League — compete with colleagues
You don’t need to qualify for the Grand Finale — our leaderboard performers from across the year will be invited to take part. It’s not about qualification — it’s about showing up, TRYKA-ing, and representing your community.

2025-2026 SCHEDULE

We’re hosting four TRYKA events across 2025-2026, leading to a Grand Finale in Algarve, Portugal.

Autumn Race 1 — October 11th & 12th 2025, RDS Dublin

Winter Race 2 — February 2026 Ireland

Spring Race 3 — April 2026 Ireland

Summer Race 4 — July 2026 Ireland

Grand Finale: Algarve — October 2026
Each event features both the full TRYKA and the TRYKA 500 formats.
Everyone contributes to the league. Everyone moves the team forward.
